Annual Pay Rise – there was a GMB delegates conference last week and the delegates gave the mandate to those who attend COSLA, to persue the across that board option (£1 per Hour) rather than the percentage payment. There has been another meeting with COSLA since then, with a revised offer. A further delegates meeting is taking place on the 13th July, to review the revised offer. In both circumstances, when anything is decided, communication will be issued.
